I will DM the mod, take care

Apologize to evade this space but you have no idea how much your posts helped me in the past and probably you will respond to this post with a small dose of arrogance but i sincerely appreciate your contribution in the SB forums back in the day.You are top 5 posters of all time in my list

MS,

Perhaps I was overly harsh, but I certainly read my log and I'm not sure duplicating your post in 2 threads essentially was necessary. I don't want to start or encourage any needless requests for sub migration in this sub due to the mods (since the mods are decent dudes and treat most everyone with dignity and respect).

Thank you for the kind words btw. All the best!

That long winded response to kelhus and then Rodriguez had a dr evil tone.

The details of my life are quite inconsequential...

Hey loco,

Glad you enjoyed them(?)

I'm not really that sure I enjoy posting. People are pretty nuts and one dude has doxxed me before. (repeatedly) Not that I really have anything to be ashamed of. But I value some semblance of privacy.

I mean... I have no qualms sharing random inconsequential details that likely won't link back. But I'm not really all about the interrogation.

Best of luck in the mountain bike contest with G4S. Maybe it can be for #1 contender for my Fittest Man in HF belt.

The ol 30min in/out. Left hammie felt a little weird, so bailed the FS. Trying to continue putting in some semblance of work and not hurting myself. Prob should buy a watch to calc HRV, but I feel like that would just be a negative feedback loop since I know I'm lazy with sleep hygiene including both reading backlit devices in bed and having a drink(s?) before bed. Working 30 hrs some weekends probably plays some minor role as well, but whatever. I gotta put food on the table somehow and don't have an ABP to rely on.

I may eventually move to a heavy Oly/vol FS/vol Oly/heavy FS with some upper body movement as well at some point.

In NFL if I have the choice of -3EV or -2.5 -120, is there an obvious answer? Or is it one of those "it depends" situations?

Kelhus,

Buy off for 20c would be what I do. Obviously it does depend on a variety of factors but no one bothers to get into detail on those since it doesn't move the needle.

Pinched a nerve in my neck. Trying to avoid aggravating it. Get mild pain doing random stuff: moving the mouse sometimes, getting on the bench, reaching for stuff. Is what it is. Welcome to olds.

22m. Forgot to do ABS. Pinched nerve seems somewhat rested. It flares up occasionally but I don't have multiple spasms of pain using my mouse or anything else really jackassy. Guess I will not be participating in any 100lbs sandbag carries or anything vaguely similar for the rest of my life. Thanks HS football. (In hindsight, how smashing people in the head with your head in a plastic case seems v dumb. Weird how so many people are rustled that we don't continue to tolerate a sport that leads to degenerative brain conditions in basically everyone. Well I guess we do tolerate it until someone points out the everyone is kinda sweeping this under the rug. Guess I should bet more NFL and CFB since it won't be with us much longer. Maybe Nov/Dec goes well and I have my best year ever!)

Good point.

Best part is no one knows whether 100 clean is good or bad, cause kilos and ****** lifts.

Weird grindy feeling in my left knee when I do clean position DL. Maybe a sign from Jeebus that I should stop doing these kinda fringe accessory lifts and just do pulls like a normie.

I kinda hate those baskets. I skipped sipping to actually exercise, cause like... can't be having little baby sippy cups of weird dishwater with a bunch of aspies every week.

Avoiding slipping on ice is main goal atm. Impromptu stabilization work with massive risk of injury when you fail... So basically squatting on a bosu ball or something.

Woke up with weirdly stiff neck (like unable to turn much and slight pain when doing so), down to mildly stiff yesterday and today, bench was semi-uncomfortable, but avoided any real injury.

Did some rows for back. CABLE ROWS which are well known for being super effective. Upper ab definition starting to fade, so prob need to stop crushing beers and eating gummies all the time. Or maybe exercise more to offset. Did put in a solid day of walking (and have been better about that), but only managed one month of averaging 10k steps this year (8500 per day on the year). Not really a big deal either way.

Life Blog: Low WIM. I just don't really wanna walk 30min in rain, much less the 30min back feeling crushed. Let alone in snow. Prob gonna continue this current system of barely exercising (maybe more kettletarding at home? I've been doing some light BW workouts randomly at home. Shoulders don't enjoy heavy amounts of PUs so may need to cut that. OH squat with stick and KB swongz? Who knows. Maybe should log these.) Maybe spend some time focusing on professional development. Who knows. Maybe I just learn to settle and spend more time playing Pokemon.

Hey folks,

Since we're all exiting, I might give a last farewell. I hope Emoken reaches out.

Got married. Made millions. Not sure what to do with life. Drinking super pricey "near beer" or "OG beer" (Shouts KC getting his mind right and **** right early. DT also. We'll meet you both at the next barn burner.) is def on the to do list. Prob build a way too big house on a lake cause... why not?

On a downside if my giant people e-frenz are paying attention, I think I may have fux my shoulder. Socialism has me a ways from a vax, so I think I should just pretend I have a labrum tear and treat it as such. (Been over a year, smh.)

It's unfortunate this former S&F stalwart is not planning on sticking around. I've always thought, why be rich and be Fat? True wealth is health. What are you tipping the scales at bro? 80+?!!!!

75. Weirdly I can control how much I eat compared to my activity level. Might be a super power.

Good luck... I hope you made this decision safely and wisely. Knowing you the answer is probably yes.

Crypto is rad.

You can still squat 1-2x/wk and stay under 80kg with a messed up shoulder. It's okay.
