MLY out here grinding hardcore

I see we’ve reached that part of the cycle where you aren’t even attempting to eat healthy. The last few logs have cookies, bagels, sausage egg and cheese croissants, cheeseburgers, fries, donuts, pizza etc. followed by your old staple breakfast of sausage egg and cheese sandwiches that you add strawberry jelly too and the SBC. You should take jmakins advice and get therapy for your addictive behaviors (both food and cigs) but we all know that won’t happen and the ****show will continue. Sad.

What’s SBC?

It sounds like MLY was working through a tournament this weekend and kind of went off the rails a little bit. Some of the foos choices don’t seem WAY out of line though.

I think while not exactly acceptable it is at least understandable. It’s really hard to eat well in a casino environment, at least in my experience.

Some of you just seem hell bent on ****ting all over her for some reason. I get it, maybe she’s not preformed well in the past but getting fit is not easy neither is quitting smoking. These are all tough things to do and she’s doing them in tandem.

SBC is super bacon cheeseburger.

I don't want to **** all over her, I'm just stating the facts and calling her out for not even trying lately. You say " oh it was just a bad weekend at the casino, and her choices were not THAT bad." come on man. re-read my post. this weekend she ate bacon cheeseburgers, reuben sandwiches and sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches that she adds jelly too. Before this weekend her logs had pizza, donuts, cookies, bagels, French fries, more fast food, etc. There is not a single day of eating the way she is supposed too.

Maybe you have more patience with her because you didn't read her previous threads. She has been given a ton of advice wtr to diet, working out, etc. and has ignored most of it. She knows what she should be eating, she chooses not too.

What’s the difference between a super bacon cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger?

There were none that were good choices that I saw.

It is just as hard to get healthy food at the grocery store as it is at a buffet. That pastry aisle is there.

Deadfish,

If this was the first time through, people might be more charitable and attempt to be more positive with their advice. But we've all seen this movie before. Many times and it never changes.

Buffets have tons of salad, fruit and vegetables, and lean meats. Choctaw Casino also has a Subway and the Smash Burger has awesome chicken salads. Even the crispy chicken tenders in the food court are solid if you pass on the biscuit and not dip in ranch.

Who are these donks (deadfish and brianthemick)? Total fatty mentality.

Given that I posted the same thing as you, only more pithy, I'm not sure what you mean

Sorry man, your post was a bit weird. Meant the other guy.

Just say no to smoking.

A breath of fresh air. Stick around.

I really didn't eat much at all at the buffet. The little bit of pecan pie was probably more calories than the food I ate. Not enough time during the breaks to make it to smash Burger , but I could have had a grilled chicken sandwich on Friday night....got there about 12:30pm.
It's been a while since I've played any tournaments and I didn't have a food get plan ready to compensate for my lack of impulse control.
I did see my reflection sitting down and the width of my ass and hips is disgusting. I look deformed because I have so.much fat. Uggh
05-06-2019 , 09:18 PM
Oh yeah, I won the tournament!
Chopped 5 ways and freaking drew for the title. I was so freaking tired and they wouldn't let me have the title as chip lead even while spliting the money even. I ended up officially 2nd. I knew I had to work today and that screwed me...I would have played it down had I had today off.
I have got to work on my final table chopping negotiating. The last time, I screwed myself out of a chop and cost me like $1500.

I had loco at one of my final tables to help me out. Code3 doesn't step in and say anything and just tells me what I should have negotiated afterwards.
05-06-2019 , 09:32 PM
If only there was an app or a website calculator that would do it for you.
05-06-2019 , 09:53 PM
The problem is the actual negotiating...everyone always gets moody and greedy. If you chop, everyone should just take their fair share based on the stacks at the time of the chop. It always ends up like dealing with a bunch of car salesmen who won't let up on why you should get the extended warranty.
05-06-2019 , 09:58 PM
So you say I get my equity or we play. Period. They wanna chop as bad as you do. Don’t give away hundreds of dollars because you’re tired.

If you used more than one plate, it was a ton of food. If you used one plate and piled it up even slightly high, it was a lot of food.

This would not be the case had you filled your plate with things that don't have an extraordinary number of calories per bite.

I assume that you already know all of this, of course. None of eating healthy is rocket science.
05-06-2019 , 11:02 PM
Please get better at chops. Somehow I knew it was a 5 way even chop, which is sort of absurd in and of itself...didn't think MLY would have the chip lead though.
05-07-2019 , 02:14 AM
Anyways casino trips are a huge challenge for MLYLT...I suggest pattern mapping a diet plan/food plan for your next casino trip, maybe post it here in advance and then try to follow it. If you fail, you fail, but at least you mapped something out beforehand.

I'm not sure its too terrible to take a break/hiatus from dieting while on your casino/code3 visits...but I don't know much about dieting/eating well.

I really need to know the difference between a bacon cheeseburger and a super bacon cheese cheeseburger
