Well, eating crap before the activity because you are scared of being slightly peckish is the one way you can **** it up. The other way is eating crap after the activity because you are so ever-so-slightly peckish from not eating for a few hours.

Well, I should be prepping meals to not eat fast food. I prepped on Sunday, but my daughter wanted breakfast for dinner last night and we had eggs a d sausage.

Day 2 of getting up more than an hour before work. It's really nice to get up, stretch, drink a glass of water, sit outside for a bit and not be rushing around trying to get my daughter up at the last minute.

Even if you don't prep food, it is pretty easy to not go to a fast food establishment, stand in line or sit in the drive through and order a bunch of food that you have no business eating.

The reason to eat fast food is because you want to eat fast food.

2- you’re the parent and decision maker

So I just found out we have a mini gym in the office with an elliptical, treadmill, and barbells. I also have a 1hr lunch break.
Yay!
I was thinking I would walk outside, but it's already getting hot/humid and pretty soon it will be almost unbearable to be outside more than 20mins at a time.

Update?
Eating your prepped meals and using the office gym?
04-25-2019 , 10:43 AM
Haven't used the office gym yet. Been eating prepped meals for dinner and half a yogurt for breakfast.
Had a sausage/egg/cheese burrito yesterday for breakfast.

Set it at 1800 so that it is easier to be complient and go from there once you see, or don’t see, results.
So long as everything is accurate.

This is what makes weight loss so hard. There's always a catch.

I think I'm going to need to see some pics of this office gym with barbells.

I was at a Google office gym once many years ago and even they didn't have them.

The gym isn't that glamorous...I'll take pics when I start using it next week.

DefNotT,

I think 2000 is probably a good goal. I've been telling MLY to keep it under 2k cals for some time now. Let's go MLY!

Before you go balls to the wall finding a new workout program, how is your MS/brain tumor/scoliosis/poisoning situation doing? Good job logging though, keep it up!

Thanks. That reminds me that I need to get an office chair asap. My shoulder was burning and my back was hurting all last week. The neurologist could never find a root cause and just called the nerve damage in my arms carpel tunnel on my chart after the results of the spinal tap came back. She prescribed me some meds that never got approved through insurance, so I'm just stuck feeling the numbness everywhere. The worst is inside my left ear...it's actually the worst pins and needles pain you can imagine, not numb with no feeling. My chart now says hyperammonia, hypoglycemia, and carpel tunnel lol.

The way my shoulder and back are hurting, I will just walk/elliptical/and lift low weights. No squats or deadlifts. I also really need to work on core strength.

Mon 4/29 log:

This morning was a mess getting out the door with my daughter. Forgot my oatmeal in the microwave and my lunch I'm the fridge. I prepped chicken thighs on the grill this weekend!!!

I might eat something else later, but right now I'm wiped out and just getting home.

Even if you forget your lunch - there’s no better lunch options available than a cheeseburger and fries?

This is the kind of pattern you always do so im not trying to troll just trying to make you aware of it

Yeah, I was actually at Walmart during lunch getting baseball socks+belt....I could have just grabbed something there.

I'm all packed today with my prepped lunch and I will do something in the office gym even if I just walk on the treadmill.

234.7lbs this morning.

Go getting MLY
04-30-2019 , 10:48 PM
Thanks!

Tues 4/30 log:

I walked 2.7miles today.

Day 12 of Chantix and it's going bla. I'm not smoking at work, but smoking in the mornings and at night; about 6times a day. I dont know what the hell is wrong with me and why I can't stop completely.
I do still get withdrawals while on the Chantix, but there is about 3hrs after each dose where I don't want to smoke or have any cravings.

Have you tried a vape pen? I tried like 4 times then got a smok Nord with 50 mg nicotine and I haven't smoked for a month. I was smoking over two packs a day

For juice, I use smpl juice morning sin. Tastes like glazed donuts. And a bottle is like 10-12 bucks online and last about a week. The coil is like 5 bucks and lasts me like 4 days. I was spending like $140 or so per weeks on cigs

IIRC, vape pen gave her a throat infection, so she's gonna play it safe with ciggerrets.
