OMG I was doing so well at the bey of my firs log. I was cooking all the time and working out. I'm going to read back through those to see where and why I fell off the rails.

I got 6 salmon fillets tonight and I haven't made turkey chili, meatloaf, or stuffed bell peppers in so long. It's time to get back to cooking!

Come on, there was a lot of standing and tapping the glass for the animals to look and waiting at the petting pen.

Been a busy couple of days, but I have been logging. Cal's not too good

I've been feeling uggh, went to the doc for some feel good meds and turned out I have an ear and throat infection.....all those damn kids breathing their germs and bacteria in my ears.
Anyway, I got some Chantix to quit smoking.

Weighed in at 235.9 this morning.
I haven't eaten anything today, not hungry,cals will be really low.

Tues:
2552cals, 51p, 203c, 125f

Wed:
3272cals, 136p, 362c, 148f

Thurs:
1560cals, 97g, 143c, 67f

About 7miles walking over these 3 days.


I'm going to use a starting weight from 4/5 of 237.5

233.6lbs this morning

I started my new job today and walked almost the entire day then went and coached softball for 1.5hrs....my feet are hurting. Didn't smoke at all at work!

Breakfast: Noosa yogurt
Lunch: ham, carrots, sweet potatoes, chicken spaghetti, small piece of apple pie.

Dinner will be salmon or chicken I grilled yesterday.

I'm about to be really busy as they try to cram softball into one month and we will be doing that almost every night.

Being busy with softball means less time for eating. That is a good thing.

Probably true that the more you preoccupy yourselves with hobbies (active hobbies are better I'd guess) the less desire/opportunity you have to consume. Nice strides so far MLY!

It is definitely true. Of course, it can be defeated as a strategy if you really try to **** it up.

I find that it is nearly impossible to eat too much when I am not eating.
