I'm going for no smoking tomorrow....I'm gonna have to give hourly check instead to keep me straight.
When you say "Smokes 6 times" does that mean 6 cigarettes or you just smoked 6 times and each time was a variable number of cigarettes.

I've never smoked, but if I did, I'd probably log as number of cigs to have a better handle on my consumption. But it's possible number of sessions may be valuable to track as well, for reasons I don't understand.

Could someone do for me what Mo the is doing for N1 with the workouts.
Like just tell me what to go to the gym and do and I will do it.....I can't find the motivation to get out of the house.

I am in such a laY mood the last couple of week. I have so many projects to finish at the house and all I can do is sit around and think up new projects and go get the supplies for those. Everyday I have multiple more things I want to do and don't get anything done but daydreaming.

You really make it sound very appealing for someone to spend time to make a workout regime you'll never follow. I'll bite though.

Monday: 30 min fast paced walk.
Tuesday: 45 min fast paced walk
Wednesday: 30 min fast paced walk
Thursday: 60 min fast paced walk
Friday: 30 min fast paced walk
Saturday: 45 min fast paced walk
Sunday: 75 min fast paced walk

Lmk when you're comfortable jogging.

Let’s put it this way. If you were counting accurately you’d have lost weight the last few years.

Do stronglifts 5x5. It’s essentially 5 simple simple exercises 3 times a week and great. There’s even a free app that coaches you through it and logs your stats

People have told you what to do constantly in your various threads. Why should anyone believe that this time you will listen?

I don’t get all the grief OP is getting. Losing weight is not easy

Truth. The patriarchy is bigly influential in this space.

But I did listen, lost a lot of weight (still down 70lbs from my highest btw) and actually got pretty strong. I was stronger than code3 and couldn't pretend I needed him to lift everything and carry the laundry down the stairs for a while lol.

My problem is motivation and routine. I need to get motivated and then get into a routine that I can stick with.

I tried various things and never stuck with it. I'm hoping this new job will allow for a new routine and I will be happier, I'm pretty stabilized in all other aspects of my life at this point. I just need the initial push to get back to gym and get moving again.

Have you gone for your Tuesday 45 min fast paced walk yet?
04-16-2019 , 05:15 PM
I'm doing it when I walk my daughter to girl scouts.

Oh, I actually see how this could be confusing if you haven't read MLYLT learns to love herself and changes her life (for real this time!) and Half Way To Happiness.
