I think my water intake affects how much I eat the most. Like I'm eating in lou of drinking water when I'm dehydrated. I've gotten into this really bad habit of drinking nothing but Diet Coke all day. I really have to force myself to drink water. The more water I drink the less I eat.
I still don't know what's going on with my blood sugar and stuff too. I got really shaky and dizzy on Sunday so ate something sweet. Yesterday I was at the dentist and my blood pressure was really low and I was shaky again. Like my hands shake uncontrollably. Some days I'm not hungry and others I just want to eat all day. Just like the shaking comes and goes.
I'm just starting with drinking more water and being conciously of the calories and then moving to cutting when I can get myself under control.
