The biggest hurdles I have to overcome mentally are not bipolar swings either. It's abandonment and rejection issues that are hardwired in my brain. Aiden closed my log around July last year when I was at 201lbs, this July I was at 262lbs. That affected my mental state for a while and caused other problems in addition to things going downhill at work.
I need support and encouragement.

As you may recall, but probably don't, I don't think anyone criticized Aidan more for closing your log than I did. Nevertheless, even the mere suggestion that he bears any responsibility is ridiculous.

Jermakin is correct. It is similar to irregardless, in that it used to be incorrect, but the dumbing down of our vocabulary has deemed it good enough.

Merriam Webster claims that "myriad" has been used as a noun historically, and therefore criticism of "myriad of" is misplaced. In fact, the noun usage pre-dates the adjective.

Hopefully she took my advice and is spending this time being Rocky-in-the-mountains-training. Comes back a bit more lean and maybe a bit less mean but either way is telling us mother****ers that she did it and we stupid men underestimated her.

I legit think she's dropping weight and motivated rn. Keep it up!

If so it'll be frustrating when she pops back in to credit it all to getting away from us terrible people and our lack of nurturing encouragement (even if she succeeds by specifically doing everything we recommended she do). That said, I do think mly is officially Not A Bad Person and I do hope for a success story here.
