Third time's the charm Third time's the charm

Last weekends and tonight. The black bowl was olive oil mayo and the red bowl is light mayo.

That'a fake mayo, pretty low calories. Light mayo is impossible since it's mostly oil and egg yolk.

Does that taste alright?
05-22-2019 , 11:02 PM
M, do those photos look like they have an equivalent amount of mayo in them?

It was pretty good.

If she is using fake mayo, who cares if she uses 5 tablespoons. With two cans of tuna its still only 400 calories. It's just unfortunate she has all this nasty white bread around the house.

Fyp

It's not mayo, it's a mayo substitute.

MLYLT, if you really want to go crazy on the mayo get Walden Farms. Zero calories, so you can shovel it in there. I've never tried it myself, so I can't comment on taste.

quite honestly, if your gonna eat crazy ****ty fast food type things I think cutting out mayo is EZ game. should be a simple rule: if I eat fast food there is no cheese no mayo type sauces
05-23-2019 , 12:46 AM
Donk alert

No cheese?!!! That's the second best ingredient from a samwich.

Wow, it's magic.

Walden Farms MAYO is made with egg whites, lemon juice, white vinegar and other concentrated natural flavors, yet has no calories!

INGREDIENTS:*Water, vegetable fiber, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, corn starch, xanthan gum, lactic acid, beta carotene, egg flavor, mustard, lemon juice, sea salt, food color, sucralose, paprika, sodium benzoate.

I forget what the rule is for them to be able to report zero calories on the label. I think it can have a few, but whatever that negligible amount is, it's way ahead of light mayo.

Now if they can make it taste good, that would be magic.

I personally think light mayo tastes like shiet, so it's hard to imagine much worse.

Your first half decent day in weeks and could have kept under 1800 cals as you promised N1, but you just to finish the day with pepperoni pizza. The streak ends at zero. No free coffeee

Shoutout,

MLY,

I suffer from similar problems. My guess is that later in the day the willpower wanes. It is easy to give in to the quick convenient option. The best response to this is to ALWAYS have a quick answer!

Some quick veggies in the freeze + a solid protein. I might recommend having some type of quick meal portioned out in the freeze that you can microwave or oven heat.

I believe in you and think with the proper planning we could really have you flossing right.

Not even close. One of them is tuna with mayo in it and the other is mayo with tuna in it.

The rule is something like less than 5 calories per serving. So you have to make sure they are not making a serving size some tiny tiny amount.

Like with the oil sprays. Spray that **** on nice and thick and calorie wise you might as well be using straight up oil as it's the same thing. They make a serving size something like "a one second blast" when everybody sprays for like 10 seconds.

I know it is M, but is anyone else trying to figure out how California roll, Chicken, ranch and cheese make a meal?
05-23-2019 , 09:27 AM
It was a cob salad without the lettuce, 1-cherry tomato, and shredded carrots logged. Then a California roll.

It's just empty micronutrients.
