+1 to bolded.

Loco, no one is gonna fight you too hard on being a reasonably precise and only slightly inaccurate human dexa scan, but your gonna have to admit that on taste, your expertise is lacking. Maybe when you can reliably distinguish delicious food from flavored dogshiet we can talk.

Tuna Pro-Tip: Greek Yogurt + mustard is a great substitute for Mayo

Whatever you do, don't consult an ICM calculator under any circumstances.

And SBCBs go great with mayo instead of greek yogurt
05-18-2019 , 10:08 PM
Is that post for real?

You had brisket, Mac n cheese, fried okra, and peach cobbler?

Sigh. Back to the drawing board. That's what I would get if I was about to get electrocuted.

Still under maintenance for the day.....
I for sure could have given up the macbcheese and ocra, but I didn't want to be eating corn on the cob at the table. I could have just skipped the sides :/

Yeah :/
$175 tournament, 200 players. I was hoping to double up before the final table and beg the for money instead of ICM this time.

Tuna calories seem way too high even in oil, and I assume you knew to get it in water for a diet.

But jfc it's so tilting to see you care about 58 calories of bbq sauce and 24 calories of honey and then eat a peach cobbler and a 880 calorie burger. Stop eating garbage and then eating what you think is super healthy food to make up for it. Make it a lifestyle so you stop thinking it's a diet and putting unnecessary mental stress on yourself.

You don't need to always eat fish, chicken breasts, and all the generally accepted healthy foods as long as your diet as a whole is balanced. You can eat beef, pork, and all the other things when the sides are vegetables and low calorie foods. Diets inevitably fail when people think of it as a diet instead of a normal way of eating.

She literally had no other choice than to eat the mac n cheese cause corn on the cob at the table would have been ridiculous. No other choice

It’s a stone cold lock that both the quantity and calorie count on that macandchee are 100% accurate.

That place has crap for sides.

Also zero chance it was 2.5 tbsp mayo in that tuna pic. I put it at closer to 6 tbsp from the eyeball test.

This thread somehow seems to attract a constantly replenishing cast of sweet summer children.

Ha, yes. Very true Monte. Very true.

Ftr, I do want mlylt to succeed. At least for her child.

The constant enabling, attention, and coddling by people like the fishman only makes her situation worse, however.

Your Friend,

Howard

What did I do?

You can’t possibly be blaming me for her decisions?

MLYLT does not respond well to gentle encouragement. She needs in-your-face tough-love. I believe when you realize this you will have reached the 7th stage of MLYLT.
