This is my basic template. Progressing by adding a set or some RPE week to week on some exercises. I don't care if I ever PR SQ or DL again, I'm not going to have high volume there and **** doing variants I don't like. My training psych is highest when I'm doing my own thing and have freedom to do a heavy double whenever I want. And I think being psyched to train is more important than doing whatever variant or regimen a coach suggests.

Timeline is started TRT ~Aug1. Decided I rushed into this and quit mid Nov. Did clomid for about a month but started getting a bit of the vision side effect so quit that about early/mid Dec. Been taking zinc and vit D but other than that no meds for 2019.

Glad to see #s are back online and they are a good bit higher than previously tested in my slump. Not planning on TRT unless something changes. Feeling pretty dece lately.

I don't think there is such a thing as too much upperbody. But that's still an extreme ratio, maybe add some quads. I don't think any of those exercises do anything for quads. I would just replace the lowbar with front squat.

Starting to get in some resemblance of hiking shape. Terrain I'm hunting is pretty rough. So are the birds... They have ridiculous eyesight and hearing. This is also public land.
I got lucky last Tuesday and got one. My gf made Turkey piccata and then fried the other breasts. It was pretty good! Kinda a cross between pork and chicken. Not super similar to thanksgiving turkey though. I think I will make a bunch of jerky if I get another one.

Have been working out just hadn't been logging.

Though this week has been a bit of a deload.

I've been a turkey hunting fool and waking up at 4:45.

Lost a bit of weight with all this walking tough to eat enough. Between that and ~5-6hrs of sleep a night lifts are down a tad. Actually not bad considering.

Will put it on maintenance till seasons done.
