Yeah I definitely have all 3 of those in the later quote.

On zoloft I took it for 1month. I started feeling a bit better after 2 weeks then felt the worst I ever have at around 25 days in. It was pretty scary actually.

Idk maybe I should just try celexa again, had amazing results the first go round on it, then mediocre the 2nd time. Could try a higher dose on that.

I had an EMG test at neurologist today. It was negative for any of the super scary stuff like ALS (which is the one you really don't want). MRI on Tuesday. Saw an orthopedic today and she wanted the same MRI for my leg pain so that will be dual purpose.

I've been feeling much better in general and mentally. Swallowing has also been somewhat better. 5 days Dip free, which is the longest by far in 12 years. I mean it's been a can a day since then.

So that's all good news.

Great news re: the tests! Best of luck on the next round.

Thanks bros.

8 days dip free. No going back now. It's actually worse that cigs in terms of nicotine. 1 can of dip has the same amount of nicotine as 4 packs of cigs.

It's actually crazy but I'm having the best month of my poker career. I'd been in retirement mode from poker for a while.

I wan't to get hormones tested soon. Idk man gains have been near impossible to come by and I've adjusted the training variables I can. I think food and sleep are OK. I mean I seem a bit fatter so I think Im in the +.

Depending on what results show, I'd prob look to get on some test if I can't get the gains rolling again within 6mo.

Hey, just finished reading the last couple months of your log. Really glad to see medical results have come back mostly positive, although I know you're still dealing with some frustrations.

Thanks SiQ. How are you? Read your hip was giving you issues. How's the hand doing?

Re: Hormones/test/gains.

It's sorta surprising how stale things have gotten in the last several months considering how well my first year went. I would say I was pretty far to the right on the first year of training bell curve. In BBM speak, my body responded pretty well to training stress. Now it's not. Trying to understand why that could be.

Hey man,
All good. Hip is just random pains people go through in training. I'm sure it will get better on its own. Hand is A++ , just have to keep pressure off that one spot which is easy with wraps.

I'm sorry to hear about how you're feeling re: training progress and all the other stress. I don't think I'd have any advice/thoughts you haven't thought of already. But I'm always happy to shoot the shirt on Skype.
Any way, my money is on all of this being a temporary set back that you forget about / can't believe you ever were worried about not long from now. You'll be setting stupid PRs at a BF% that makes me feel obese again in no time.

Brain MRI was normal. Awesome news.
Was told the lubmar has a bulged disc but it's not pinching the nerve so they don't think that's the source of the leg pain. Will see what ortho says about it tomorrow.
Things are looking up!
