Overall I do think it's best to listen to your body and quit when needed. But I don't want the "being a little *****" session quits to happen.
Prob overall a mixture of diet catching up to me, training hard, and lower end sleep. But While I do appear leaner I can't seem to break this 182/183lb barrier. Don't understand I've been eating ~2200 at least 6/7 days a week with the occasional 2600 day.
Broke down everything I ate today. Usually dinners are at Whole Foods hot bar and I guesstimate that obv. Prob tend to eat a bit bigger portions of chicken when it's just the breast and not shredded and weighed. And 5 eggs in the morning had been the norm. So I could see it having been around 2300/2400 instead around 2000/2200. That along with I'm working less hard, I'm lighter, and metabolism lowering some I could see the daily expenditure going from ~2900 to ~2600. So the stagnant weeks aren't a surprise in hindsight.
One the right track now, shooting for 1900-2100. Wana wrap this up by end of Feb. That will give me 8mo of 200cal/day surplus to tren hard.

Spenda do you have any spots in your area for outside? I feel like you'd quickly do well outside.
My guess is my bf is around 13% atm. 175 should be my 10-11% #
Nah no where too close to Dallas. Couple hours minimum but I’ve made some friends at the gym who do a lot of sport and trad climbing so I might try to tag along one of these weekends.
Damn looks like Hueco is 9hr from Dallas. Horseshoe Canyon about 6hr. I may take a trip to Horseshoe Canyon soon. Come to Chattanooga some time, so much rock!

Man today was a solid bench day, I think I'd been chillaxing a bit on my setup--not getting legs back enough/lower arch/looser, not raising chest up 100%. Makes a big ass difference.
Climbed, messed around around 7/11 roof. I linked a few missing pieces but still working on it. Might get it if I run hot but hopefully higher % takedown later in the season.
NG chins bw+70 x 4,4,4,3 and bw+90 x 2.9? didnt quite finish it (was 2nd set fwiw). But wtf I don't think I could do 1 with +90 @ 190lbs. Either 10-12lbs lost makes an absurd difference or the wide grip focusing more on lat engagement has helped significantly.

Looks to me like you could add 12 pounds and do a single right now. Maybe in addition to to weight loss you're also just getting stronger. Can happen really quickly with pullups.
