Obviously roided up the wazoo but was very knowlegeable.

One problem with these deaths is family hides real cause of death. Always states is was natural and peaceful and do to rare disease.

I think all obituaries should have real cause of death. My brother was dealt a bad hand when it comes to uncontrollable high blood pressure but it what was excacerbated by alcohol and fatness.

RIP Mountain Dog
He had bad blood clots, almost died last year. I know so little about roids but he seemed reasonable and family oriented, I would hope he adjusted as necessary but I guess you never really know.

He was not reasonable bro, he was alien infested. He was 5'6 220 12% bodyfat. Reasonable? Lol. 5'6 170 is reasonable.

I meant post blood clot issues, I was hoping he took appropriate measures and adjusted lifestyle. Obviously no turning back the clock but I have to hope he did what was in his power the last year to avoid a catastrophic event.

Hey guys....

Due for an update.

Everything is good! Family and boy is doing good. House projects are mostly done although a few left. Been bow hunting a bunch, got a nice buck opening weekend in September although it's been a struggle lately. Staying up with lifting, mostly averaging 2x a week. Just maintaining. It's been fairly easy to maintain what I have, but haven't really made any gains in the last 2 years. I would like to try for a push for 4mo or so with everything dialed to see if we can get some gains again. Maybe starting in the new year. I just feel like it's going to take like 3x the effort/time as I'm putting in now.
Haven't played hardly any poker. Idk how much I will play next year, just find it pretty boring, would like to find something else making $ wise.

Ran some labs, T was highest I've ever tested and did some more in depth cholesterol tests as it's been a bit of a concern/question mark and those came back good too. Idk why tbh, my diet is not great on paper, although always hit the cals/protein. If I had to guess I'd say my sleep has been pretty good for a while now and following natural circadian rhythm. That's about all I can come up with. Wish my SHBG wasn't so high though.

Family looks great, super jelly of those Test numbers but you know that already lol.

What areas you looking into income wise? I’ve been doing a lot of research on what I want to do now that I’m close to FIRE but haven’t come across anything interesting enough to leave my current world.

Thanks man. Yeah I'm not sure tbh. Something not sitting at PC for long hours, preferably outdoors often. Building/flipping is fairly interesting to me and I've learned a good bit (but not enough) through remodeling our house. The housing market is fairly wild. It seems like easy $, until the bubble pops and it's not.
Would love to find something to do with land investing/improving as I could combine that with hunting, really that would be the dream. I enjoy digging deep into things, when I want, but also want to take long periods of time off.
What are you looking into?

Combining a passion with a business would be awesome, sounds like you have a good starting idea.

I really haven’t come up with much tbh and I’m ~24 months from being able to step away from my current career. I agree with you about wanting to be able to take long periods off which could mean the endeavor eventually has to be able to go on auto pilot or easily sustained with minimal overhead.

Real estate seems to make sense but I have zero interest in it. All the mainstream “side hustles” either seem saturated or mundane. I’ll likely just keep doing what I’m doing but take easier roles with less responsibility and stress until I really figure it out.

Have LP'd up to 5x255 in LBBS @ prob 7 RPE ish. On a deload this week (due to other movements) but back and squats are feeling great, no pain the following days.
DL (sumo) on the other hand have been feeling the same RPE with the same weight week to week, weird. Also getting some dull ache where my titanium rod is along my femur, so just been doing RDLs instead, w/e.
