Think I watched about all these Rich Piana conversations with Ric Drasin. Pretty amusing because the old guy is always subtly bragging about his gains. For some reason I find these guys actually talking about the gear they're on intriguing. Piana at first I thought was just a Shill but he's really a candid guy.

btw, even if you don't really notice, it probably still helps more than you realize. I coincidentally did a general blood test while I was loading this stuff and my doc called me to tell me my creatinine levels were through the roof and that I should be careful with that. Was actually pretty stoked with that news.

Interesting. I don't know too much about creatinine, basically just going from "something I might've heard once," but isn't creatinine just waste product? Like can't 2 people be saturated and have wildly different levels of creatinine depending on how much extra creatine they're taking? I dunno.

Regardless though, I DO think that I'm a "responder," because of the abrupt and drastic weight gain. Basically was a static +3 pounds for me.

Mornin' BR. Sucks about your past bro. Glad you're here with us now even if your squats aren't. One day. I also remember reading once that creatine adds something like 5% to your lifts over time. Not very noticeable so easy to mistake as doing nothing. I'd keep at it if I were you as pretty much every study on earth confirms it does something.

Other chats: dogs are awesome. cats are phags even tho they are alpha. They're like the bros at the gym that leave the weights on the bar.

So on Monday I checked okc and there was this pretty hot 26yo (see spoiler below) who was new to the site with some pics but no info filled out on her page. I send her a joking msg about how I know v little about her aside from the fact that she can probably ride a bike [she was on a bike in a pic]. She replies that night saying that she's now filled out her profile and then yes, she can ride a bike. Boring. I check her profile out and we have a ton of stuff in common. tv/movies, eating healthy, working out regularly. she's hot. I like it. I respond again on Monday and she responds again but it's all kind of dull so far out of her. zero enthusiasm, not asking me any questions. On Tuesday I reply and at the end I ask her if she's free Saturday and would like to go out. Tuesday night she replies with only "Sure! What did you have in mind?" Her first exclamation mark. Okay, now I'm more excited. Wednesday afternoonish I respond and suggest a place and ask if she's ever been. Wednesday night she logs in, but doesn't reply. Last night she checks out my profile again at 8:09pm and replies 2 mins later with simply "Yep, I've been. It's pretty good." and that's it. dafuq kind of msg is that??? So I respond with "How about 7pm?" and so far no response despite the fact that I just saw she logged in this morning. Ugh. Bishes who show 0 enthusiasm and ask no questions boggle my mind. I wonder what I could have done to make her more interested but maybe she's just a super dull person herself. headasplode.gif
