Using body spray or spray deodorant of any kind is essentially a signal that you're a complete and total idiot.

I'll let you all guess what my workout buddy puts on after we go to the gym.

walking into the locker room and getting a mixture of sweat and body spray puts me into insta rage mode. don't matter tho, rage is an ok state of mind to be in while lifting weights.

I have a corgi mix. He's cute, but neurotic, aloof, and a bit of an *******.

Creepy. Nah...

But serially, if I got a dog right now I would be a dog guy again. <3 dogs too. Possibly more than cats...

i would want my dog to be an ahole, i feel like calling my dog racist names and the n word would be funny.

I wish I had a dog. just not practical when you play a lot of live pokers though.

grew up with cats and dogs. retrievers are confirmed the nuts. my mom has a 4? year-old golden retriever who is awesome.

before that we had a cocker spaniel who was fun but not nearly as cool as retriever. he also died early from some crappy inbred small dog disease.

Dogs are fairly awful if you're single imo. Even the cats tie me down to a certain degree (indoor cats).

Wat

First of all, we have been over this before. The research suggesting BF has far less protein than quoted is shady at best. It's okay if you don't understand what was wrong with the methodology. The researcher himself pointed out why you should take the results with a grain of salt.

Second of all, even if BF had half of the quoted protein count, I only ingest one or two scoops a day. Most of my brotein comes from whole foods, eg chicken, eggs, cheese, yogurt.

Brother loco, I apologize for attributing this quote to you. It was actually by Aidan. Here are the original posts.

Protein powder and creatine are like the simplest things in the world to just purchase normal-style and not worry about anything.
I hope you can see now that this isn't made up. Body Fortress protein powder lists creatine monohydrate in the ingredients. If there's no significant advantage to buying creatine on its own because the good stuff is already in my protein powder, wtf would I buy and ingest extra creatine?

Every day before I go to bed I realize I'm still behind like 1000 calories and have to start downing these nasty shakes with olive oil and peanut butter and bananas and milk and protein powder and pfff. These 4000 calories, you guys, seriously.
09-19-2013 , 05:54 PM
You guys are making me want a chihuahua now. Are they too barky though in the house? Seems like I'm more of the greyhound type - I like super chill dogs.

I have a great pyrenees and they are extremely laid back in the house (except at night when they go into full guard dog mode and bark at a mosquito 10 miles away). They're also the most independent minded dogs and rank near the bottom of the obedience scale.

Mine chilling outdoors in the winter (she looooooves the snow - cannot get her inside no matter how cold it is):

Looks like you need to start eating a couple doughnut burgers throughout your day. It will give you the calories you need while giving you PRs from the doughnuts.

After just finishing my shake I almost had to puke just by looking at that picture.

Also, some hippie just posted this article on facebook about what supposedly happens in your body when you drink coca cola

Dero,

Chihuahuas are elite. My dog does not even bark. Super chill. She lays next to me all day. When I'm in the office, she lays on her pillow and sleeps. When I'm watching TV, she lays next to me in the lazy boy and sleeps. She also has been exceedingly easy to train for walking and tricks.

Okay, she does bark when I leave, but that's because she hates to be alone.

I'm sure CR will agree on this. These are some natty shoulders this guy has

Meh. I think all the 3dmj guys are probably natural, and they all look significantly better.
09-19-2013 , 06:59 PM
Yeah, on stage, when they have ridiculously low BF and spraytan

They're probably not too far off in terms of LBM judging by the banner on their website

Mine is a Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix. Actually we're not sure, the people we got him from were sketch as ****. Chihuahua/something mix, we have no idea. He's around 10 lbs, just turned 7 years old I think. Pretty swole brah.
