The sweat blocking is problematic according to that thing I read. I have no idea if its broscience or legit, but my problems went away when I stopped using anti-perspirants.

Get stronger.

If I'm going to get constantly trolled for being a DYEL, I at least expect recognition as part of the vanguard H&F brigade

I'm on my own team (team MASTS), with fakebusto, soulman, Yugo, apparently POW, and numerous other lower profile members of the forum. There's a decent amount of overlap between the two teams, but a number of key differences nonetheless.

Yeah you definitely getting stronger freddbird. But if we took away your quads, you would have the same physique as Alan from the Hangover.

Good thing he doesn't care about aesthetics.

MC, MASTS is always squats the same? My squats have gone up a bit, just not fast enough and I'm scared you're going to catch up right quick.

That is the correct definition of MASTS.

You can tell someone is new-ish here if they're afraid of my squats going up

Top lels in recent posts. Top.

Yugo,

You are so friendly. How do you withstand chas constant grumpiness? I guess his grumpiness might induce enough rage to help you make the lift. PR City at chas.

In fairness, you've been eating like a bird for the better part of what, 8 months? Fears are now legit with ice cream and other nomzies being reintroduced to your diet.

Are you seriously asking why you couldn't lift something? How the eff are we supposed to know? Not being a dick, but come on.

No I don't bring him into the gym, I just look at pictures on my phone for motivation. The gym actually already has a cat and I'm pretty sure he'd beat my cat's ass.

**** I wish I looked like Alan. I ****ing miss that beard.

Get your squat up to 315 before addressing me in the future sir. Wonder if I could get AB to add "No Jellydicks Allowed" into my log title.

It's perfectly fine to require <something> in order to post in your log, like good ol' thremp did back in the day.

Common reasons for failing a lift:

-Not strong enough for the weight.
-Not recovered (rested/fed) enough for that session.
-Form sucks.
-Other life stress factors weren't left at the door (not concentrating on the lift).
-Weight felt heavy and you b!tched out.

Which one of these, or numerous other issues, is the cause for you failing a lift is basically impossible to figure out over the internet without further information or video.

Time to get your cat a weighted vest to walk around in. Should up it's strength so it won't get beat up at the gym.

Time to get rid of your razor and stop missing it, IMO.

babycrying.jpg. Seems like Freddie is just joking around, but I think people who say that and are serious need to get a tougher skin.

I mean specifically not breaking bar off the ground. Thought maybe there was something like "Yeah, not breaking the bar off the ground usually means X" or something like that. I'll crawl back into my hole. I'll come back when i have something useful like Tinder pics of hotties or an amazing cottage cheese-oatmeal-protein recipe.

I wouldn't want to alienate noobs or otherwise interested regs from posting. I hope I don't come off like thremp. I used to be a hudge troll, but I think I've worked on that a lot.

A weighted kitty vest sounds like a great idea.

I haven't shaved since Sunday and I'll see how long I can keep it going. It's that intermediate stage that really kills me because my facial hair doesn't grow in all white-trashy.

Gotta troll the trolls, they don't know another language.

Some interesting links on SquatRx today regarding squatting with knees in. Theyre to a site called lifthard which deals with Chinaman weightlifting. It's neat stuff.

They also have a post about round back pulling!
