For drunk/bar arm wrestling some basic technique will help you beat pretty much anyone

Noobs always try to wrestle left/right, while it's actually tons easier to just use the lever and open up the arm (by pulling to yourself)

i'm not sure...probably just general shoulder stuff. Basically this article sums up pretty quick how to get good at arm wrestling. Working on technique will do more for your win rate than anything else.

watch the video from 3:00 onwards at the bottom of page the guy sums it up perfectly

As for gym, just look at his technique and 'work' on stuff at the gym that would help with what he's doing.

Anyone have any experience in estimating sushi calories? I'm not sure if I should call each roll 200, 300, 500...

Maybe 300 for regular ones and 4-500 for specialty/fried ones?

Totally depends what's in it. If it's just fish and rice and a 4 piece roll I would say 400. I could see ones fried with cream cheese and sauce being 1k

I would say something like a standard California Roll would be something like 500

I go with 400 for an 8piece fancy rainbow roll (fancy places have less rice) And I don't eat the mayo fried monstrosities so don't know.

Nigiri is in every single phone app. So you can estimate any roll by comparing to nigiri and then adding mayo as the sauce/fried stuff.

AYCE Sushi is facking brutal. One of the best bulking meals ever.

I could be way off but the place I get sushi where I live there are 4 pieces in a roll. They are almost to big too eat in one bite for me. Maybe that's not standard? I went to an all you can eat place in Vegas but only got nigiri so no idea how big the rolls were

Basically, I'm estimating each person in my party had about 4 rolls. Maybe 2 regular and 2 fancy. Was gonna call it 2k, but it could be more like 1600 it sounds like.

1600 to 2000 sounds about right. Closer to 2000 if mayoinfused. And 4 rolls should leave everyone kinda of stuffed. But still able to eat more. Which is just insane. Sushi goat bulking food.

My bro and 300lb buddy had a bet an AYCE Sushi place. Who can eat the most rolls? $500 on the line. They were at 7 rolls each. And each roll came out worse than the one before. By the seventh roll it looked like 8 tires of rice and 8 small pieces of fish. It was all rice coming out!!! But my bro would not bow down to this 300lb monster. So they were about to get the 8th roll when my buddy suggested sea urchin.

Now he knows perfectly well I facking hate sea urchin. Its the grosses thing I have ever put in my mouth. I wasn't there so I couldn't save my brother. The 8th order ended up being an innocent seaurchin nigiri. Bro was like WTF is this and downed it one blow.

Story ends with puking in the bathroom.
