Probably no more than 10 minutes for the actual cutting and pounding the wedges. Over half an hour to get the ladder, climb up with the cable, wrap it around the tree at about 12-15 feet up, climb down, string it around the other tree to my tractor, tie it to the drawbar, and slowly take up the slack with the tractor and get it nice and taut, then put on my protective chaps, helmet, and gloves and get to work.

I've been smoking cigars for the better part of three decades. The best way is to try a lot of different cigars, pair them with coffee or liquor, and make sure you have ample time set aside to properly enjoy it.

There are some great samplers available online, I usually use cigars international despite the hokey marketing they have really good deals. They also have some junk so you have to research sometimes.

Much like wine, price is only loosely positively correlated with quality, so don't be afraid to try some of the more inexpensive cigars. For example I enjoy the rocky Patel Connecticut wrapped Churchills and they are currently only $30 for ten.

If you find a cigar you like, try other cigars that manufacturer make too.

Oh, smoking is bad for you.

tbh there were prob dozens of 10s walking around at this thing, would not have have remembered who she was if she wasn't talking to a famous dude. read into that what u will

Do you think that guys who workout together often do so because they enjoy male intimacy? Not necessarily in a sexual way, but they just like being physically and emotionally close to another man.
Humans are by nature social beings. All else being equal most people would rather to do whatever they are doing with someone else, as opposed to themselves. Also, all else being equal, unless i was interested in sexual intercourse at some level, i would much rather work out (or pretty much do anything) with another male as opposed to a female.

Lets be honest here, once you take sexual interest out of the equation, most females are pretty boring and lame, especially for heterosexual males that are into hobbies dominated by heterosexual males, like sports or working out or playing poker or whatever.

i know this is a first world problem, and not something you guys from 3rd world countries like norway have to deal with, but for some reason i get mega tilted when neighbors, or people visiting my neighbors, park their cars right in front of my house, when their is space in front of their house. if their space is full i get it, but when it isn't why do you need to park in front of my house? i don't even know why this tilts me so much.

I even leveled off the stump to make a nice little stool.

1. Beat June's PL meet PR's at this month's meet
2. Continue refeed-hit 300g carbs (not really a goal, pretty much 100% will get there)
3. Listen to new training music

Also, at the mid limits i play i would guess most of the live 'pros' play around 60 hrs/week. This is an average. When they are running good they probably play less hours, and when running bad longer hours. if u dont have a job or family, 60 hours a week of live poker is pretty easy to do, that is assuming you are playing well enough to afford to do this. Games are slow, food is good enough, plenty of sports on TV, and you can take breaks whenever u want. Also, if you get bored you can just play games on your ipad to break the monotony. The big thing now is playing open handed chinese with other guys in the casino at whatever stakes you are willing to play.

Note: i am talking about limit poker. i don't know too much about no limit, but maybe it is more stressful so you play shorter hours? i really don't know.

At higher limits this number is probably lower, because there is a limited supply of fish, so when the fish go home the games break. That being said, if there is a donator who is willing to play a long session, noone is going anywhere, even if it is 24+ hours. i have walked into a casino on a friday and seen a full handed 200-400 with the right donator playing, come in the next day on a saturday with him still in the game, and 6 of the original 8 other players are still in the game with him.

bros, I've actually played some online poker the last two weeks. I have no idea why, I just felt like playing.

Fired up some NL10. Turned $50 into $100 in four or five sessions of maybe 2k hands. Sustainable. So far I have learned to just play sub 20% VPIP until you hit something (anything), then get it all-in. And that no one is every bluffing. Time to quit my job.

Also, can you still download pokertracker3 anywhere? Or is there a cool free poker db all the cool kids are using these days?

Also, online NL10 is tighter than my live 1/3 game, but the players are equally bad post-flop.

lets be honest here. Things will go well until you hit that stretch where you lose 3 buyins in a row on bad beats (or coolers). Then you will rage put the rest of your online bankroll into a single table sit and go and bust out 4th. knowing this, i wouldn't even bother trying to pretend this is 2004 again, and get a bunch of software to find good games and monitor your play in some illusion you will grind it up and become the next Isildur, which i guess would make you Aragorn.
09-02-2013 , 09:14 PM
Bro, I'm under no illusions here. I've been there done that many times over since 2004.

Brofriends are nice to have. Drink beers, play darts, watch sports, make fun of, the usual. Surprise buttsecs if its a real bromance on special occasions.

I'm getting super soaker for football starting, I'm constantly gambling and need more ways to keep it up. Football is perfect for that.

KY has left Redding and the Danger Zone to go back to Vegas. I no longer have an instant hiking bro. Maybe I can find one on Craig's list or zoosk or something.

Broskis- how long will our auction draft take? My original thought was that it was going to be a while (based on last years) but I realized that it shouldn't take as long with smaller budgets and all the good players off the board. O/U 2 hours?

I think we can get it done in 2 hours or less, there's not a ton of money left to go around.

Brother of one of my good friends was killed today in a hit and run.

Careful out there biker bros.

I think if you misset in fantasyland you should insta lose 100 points

I allegedly misset my fancy land hand when I was moderately buzzed. He didn't point it out until the hand was over and gone so I don't know if I did or not. I don't think I did, but it's possible. I remember having like 8 hearts, but I guess I didn't play a flush on bottom.

The best part of the 2nd fouled fancy land hand was he even said something shmarmy like 'lol i'll try not to foul this one'
