What are the advantages to belting up for bench?

How easy it to adjust lever belts if you gain/lose BF?

You can take a big breath, push into the belt, and that makes your core more solid, which helps with leg drive and your whole body being more solid/tight.

hard to use a belt properly for bench unless you cinch that **** super tight. At least ime.

On OHP I finally feel I am using it ok (or fat enough) but not after taking another breath mid-set. Squats is by far the easier imo to use the belt, I almost can't not use it.

I do not remember where I read it but I read that taking a cold shower elevates testosterone levels slightly. It wasn't some "omg cold shower MOAR TEST GROOW" nonsense either it was part of a larger article.

As for speeding recovery - to a degree as long as its not **** cold. You are causing your body to want to warm up its top layers etc and that's only possible through sending blood to the region - muscles included.

I really should invent an improved lever belt. The design change needed to get rid of relying on the screws is pretty simple.

I might buy one now just to screw around with the is idea. I haven't worn a belt in 6 months tho.

Got voodoo bands today. Now to learn how to use.

Cold shower prob doesn't do too much. Invest in a restaurant sized ice machine, so you can take a proper ice bath. Fyi, it never gets easier lowering yourself into the ice water.

Whenever I learn any 2p2ers real name my mind gets blown. It's ridiculous.

Like, when people realize I'm not foreign or Yugoslavian really and it's just a nickname b/c I look like Peja Stojakovic.

But seriously, when someone has what appears to be an actual name in their name "Johnny Fondue" - I mean, how the hell isn't that dude's name John?!?!

Let's face it johnnyfondue not being named John is insanity. Especially with his real name being Cameron!!!!

They're one in the same, boys. But I must say, people are much more sad when they learn my real name than mind blown.

I know sad.. disappointed works better considering johnny fondue is clearly a 35/37 name

Inorite? That's why I came up with it. tho obv not as cool when it's fake.

Speaking of the 37 scale, have you guys ever tried the monkey style burger from In-N-Out?

Eating overnight proats for the first time. So frickin' good! Obv a quick morning meal since it was prepared last night. Halfway through the bowl and already getting full. This is going in the rotation for sure.

Also have a pork shoulder in the slow cooker. It has been cooking for nine hours; the place smells like deliciousness. The meat is crazy tender.

so you just put whey, pb, any other stuff you want into the oats + water + milk and microwave it?

I have Quaker Instant Oatmeal. Do the oats need to be prepared in anyway or just mix like above and throw it in the mw?

Eat after cooling it i assume?
09-11-2013 , 07:20 AM
Sensei,

Step 1: Dump instant oats into the garbage
Step 2: Go to the store
Step 3: Purchase metal clippers
Step 4: Find the nearest metal gate and clip off several small chunks
Step 5: Serve and enjoy (microwave not necessary)
