This is a solid PUA move for sure. At least for the first 10 years until you finally self-actualize and tears are just something you drink but are unable to secrete any longer.

Man, so good. But even better b/c I'm not sure this is a troll. That's exactly what I would tell someone who said "too heavy to DL". I'd just be like "Dude, do I look like I even DL?" And they'd have to insta-accept OR bow down to my jelldick weights. Win-win-win.
Btw, I have no thoughts on quest bars...macros look good but they seem expensive. I eat Oh Yeah bars sometimes. B/c they taste pretty damn good and have better macros than most bars that taste good.
I did try sludge over the weekend with fat free vanilla choboani yogurt, 1 scoop of double rich chocolate ON, 15g grape nuts, and some blueberries.
It was....fine. Not really sure what the fuss is about. Was probably slightly worse than having it without the protein powder. But I guess it helps me spread out protein consumption throughout the day a bit.
