I machine wash them at 60 C/140 F as needed (i.e. when they start to smell really bad). They're still fine after 3 years, though they start stinking a lot faster now. Prob time to buy new ones in a year or so.

I decided to listen to Master Cha and Soulbro, because the old men have the kind of life experience that makes you listen when they give advice.

I (had my wife) wash them on hot. Haven't tried them on yet, but they look fine, stink gone. Thanks guys.

I sweat a ton, so I'm sure I would've stunk them up irrespective of the material. And these don't look to be much cheaper. $40 a pair? http://www.flexcart.com/members/elit...?m=PD&pid=3014

I wear the heavy, not the super heavy. $40 is a lot cheaper than $90.
09-08-2013 , 06:20 PM
ahh, didn't see they sell as a pair. thought they sold like the rehbands, separately. yeh, that is much cheaper.

R. Bush 21 carries 90 yards
R. Bush 4 receptions 101 yards 1 TD

Also had 2 rushing TD's called back because his knee went down on the 5 inch line. Bell's better than I give him credit for, but Bush is going to be a beast to contain if he stays healthy.

But come on, Bush going beast mode (esp in PPR leagues) was a huge LDO no brainer.

I"ve worn EFS knee sleeves for about a year. Never washed, don't stink.

Ehhhh...today's Bengals/Bears game was such classic Bengals.

"15 is good for bush, but unlike the others I think he's going to be total crap thisyear. I'm vvvv low on him but 15 is still prob good value. I really don't know how Detroit is going to utilize him with Leshoure and Bell in the mix. Those guys were v solid last year" - A Einstein

i must have screwed something up. I made some chili, input all the ingredients into MyPlate. Measured post cooking, divided by 8 to make a serving. I had it as a serving = 267g. Tue/Weds/Thurs/Fri I had 1.33 servings each day (5.33). Sat I had 0.8 servings. Today I had another 1.33 serving (7.45). But I had nearly 2 servings left by weight. That means I either over-reported each day or badly screwed up my weighing and it all basically worked out in the end, right?

Now I have to re-measure and everything next time i make it.
09-08-2013 , 09:30 PM
LOL "measuring"
09-08-2013 , 09:33 PM
i gotsta bro i'm fat as ****.

i'll actually be a bit bummed if I over-reported cuz it means i ate less cals but i'm still fat. i'm eating more lately though.
09-08-2013 , 09:37 PM
Calorietrackingboner.

Not nearly enough info to help you bro, but you have my sympathy.
09-08-2013 , 09:38 PM
I think tracking calories leads to me losing weight. Not tracking cals leads to maintenance. YMMV.
09-08-2013 , 09:45 PM
i weigh everything pre and post cook and figure it out from there. The only thing I don't is chicken breast cuz whatever. I just multiply cooked and marinated weight by 3/2 and figure it's close enough.

but yeah we'll see.

I plan on cooking a lot of stews and soups this winter and that's gonna be even harder to deal with cuz of the liquid portion.

I think loco was ultimately right about me. Got down to 185 and I've sorta called it a day. But I'm also in serious danger of never PR'ing a lift ever again. It's been so long.
09-08-2013 , 09:48 PM
KC I think we both learned a hard lesson. Stay fat, happy, and strong. No one cares about abs. Never cut.
09-08-2013 , 09:53 PM
Maybe dehydration while it kept? But I'm gonna be honest I def didn't read all that.
09-08-2013 , 09:53 PM
i actually think i've looked a bit better this week than in the recent weeks. same amount of belly fat but a little more pop in the shoulders and such. might just be from lifting.

I still plan to keep it near maintenance on lifting days and a 400-500 cal deficit on off days for the foreseeable future. I'm a lot more satiated lately with the extra fat so I can keep this up easy.
