Top 3 favourite songs of all time.

That was ok, but bitch needed a whole f*cking orchestra and a thousand back up vocalists.

In related news...

One of my favourite The Black Keys songs... I just realised this other day IS stairway to heaven.

So I see body fortress whey pp contains creatine monohydrate. Issat the same creatine errybody else is taking???
09-06-2013 , 10:38 PM
dihydrate is much more effective
09-06-2013 , 10:43 PM
Body fortess got real bad test results for protein quality or quantity. That use to be my go to brand. But the taste is meh and it mixed horribly compared to other whey. I pay $3 extra for better whey now.

If you're referring to that reddit thread, the researcher and numerous other scientists went to great lengths to point out the problems with that research. Taste is pretty good imo.

If you're referring to a legit study tho I'd appreciate a reference. . Tho should be noted I'm making hyooge gains on body fortress. Ain't broke don't fix it.

Noted about dihydrate. Figured it was too good to be true that I've been on the good stuff all along.

No. Taste is meh at best. And it mixes like shiet. But $15 at Walmart for 2lbs makes it all okay.

aidan, what's up with the way you bros pronounce "debut"? I was watching some ****y. "He's on day-boo". WTF.
09-07-2013 , 01:32 AM
How do you pronounce it?
09-07-2013 , 01:45 AM
Not that way. You lolstrayans and French really pronounce it day-boo?? lol I wouldn't know wtf you were trying to say.
09-07-2013 , 04:54 AM
Yeah, the only correct way to pronounce it is "de-butt".
09-07-2013 , 04:58 AM

mornin brah'
09-07-2013 , 07:02 AM
That was a pleasant first check of the **** thread. Mornin brah indeed.

4am really should only be a hypothetical time, existing only as a place keeper on a 24 hour clock but never actually observed. Sort of like France's role on a round globe.

Yet here we are. At least there are hot chicks making out itt.

Just finished the pilot for The Shield. Can confirm I will be watching the rest. Very very good.

I'm getting closer to hating 4am every day. Men in my family sleep less and less as we age. My dad now sleeps about 4 hours. He stays up until midnight just so he can sleep until 4am. I take sleeping medication to fight the effects. If I don't, same thing happens to me. Down at 11, up at 4 or 5. Sucks. I'm not even tired, but I like to sleep.

I don't mind if I'm going fishing or something, but today no such luck. I am in a vacation house in Oregon. It has a bunk bed, which my kids fought over who got to sleep on the top bunk. My oldest won the fight, and at 2:30 this morning she decided to puke. This is not a typical bunk bed mind you, it's one of these offset bunks, so that when she turned to puke, she puked all over her sister who was quietly sleeping on the bunk below. She is probably scarred for life and will never sleep on the bottom bunk ever again.

the bad beat is that you had to endure oregon drivers on the way to your vacation house.

also, isnt school started/starting?

seems like weird time to vacation

The thing that's always confusing to me is how people brag about how little they sleep or early they wake-up. Not bragworthy imo.

Here to watch my niece play soccer. D1 women's soccer is a worthwhile reason to pull my kids from classes for a couple days, plus having them hang out with 25 college women who EL sets a good example.

Ill leave the kiddos with grandma and grandpa tonight so I can take in Oregon State v. Hawaii football tonight, so not all is lost.

I usually need like 8 hours of sleep and it tilts me pretty hard that some people can coast by on 5-6 during the week. That gives them almost an extra month of time being awake every year. I do love sleeping and hate getting out of bed, but man, I would be able to be so much more productive if I could function on less sleep.

Strong correlation between bragging about this and tooliness imo.

Gotta do it when you can right? Though it turns out we're BBQing tomorrow and not today. Actually august and septembro have both been awesome temperature-wise here. 20 C/68 F most days (more at the start of august obv), very little rain. I don't need it to be hotter.
