Have anyone tried this?
Its like max effort in your strongest range of motion, 10 exersices and you hold it there for 5 seconds. Ive read his books and it seems logical, but i dont know. There are also alot of testemonials but i want more and also pictures.

http://www.precisiontraining.com/ is his site

It's perfect if your goal is not to become bigger or stronger. One of the more embarrassing periods of my long, but not necessarily illustrious, lifting career. A complete waste of time (I guess I did get a good work out loading the leg press machine so it wasn't a COMPLETE waste of time).

I did it for 2 months. I had been training for quite some time before this 'experiment' so I knew what my maxes were on squat, DL and bench. After 2 months I tested myself and my maxes were way down (around 20% across the board if I remember correctly. This was probably around 10 years ago). Bottom line: there are no shortcuts. If this were so great everyone would be doing it.
