Threads like this are so lol. I'm gonna post my stupid variation on SS and then get mad when people who know more than me and have done the program tell me it's stupid.

I will also second the emotion that BB.com is chock-filled with ******s. Just because you have big muscles after 15 years of working out inefficiently on 2342342 different machines does not make you an expert on anything other than how to inefficiently get big.

ohead,
I think if you do barbell rows off the floor (pendlay rows), then I don't think you need more back work as that is pretty fatiguing to the low back and also the hams even, since they have to maintain the back position. If you did chins instead I would add back extensions.
