I'm back fellas! Weak and skinny again. 150 lbs. My goal is to lift at least semi regularly, if not religiously for all of 2016. I don't care so much about the numbers as long as I don't let myself get lazy and take months off at a time like 2015. I want to look forward to working out again instead of dreading it. Once I get somewhere near my PR's in all 4 lifts again I want to switch programming. Probably to TM but I'm open to suggestions.

Press: 2x5x95, 1x8x95 - This was kinda brutal. Just barely managed to get 8 reps. I'll drop to 90 lbs next time and start from there
Squat: 2x5x185, 1x8x185 - Pretty easy. Once I get some stamina back ill make some quick gains here.
