did day 1 of it today. def need to work on the hanging leg raises. it also feels awkward because i'm 6'4 and none of the bars to hang from are high enough to begin with so i need to curl my knees anyway.

press - left arm still hurts. took it light. also prob have lost strength anyway since i've barely been going in jan.

did a couple reps with 95, shoulder didn't feel good, so i called it a day.
