Got follow up blood work this morning.

So after 30 days on 10mg and about 9 days on 20mg. Has made a pretty huge difference so far.

Total cholesterol down to 198 from 252.

HDL exactly the same at 47.

LDL dropped 60 points from 192 to 132.

Nice thing is I'm at the same bw as my last test so this is all the effect of the meds obv.

Liver panel came back normal as well.

Thanks Rich. Been doing pretty well just cruising along. I may just break into the 180s at some point not even trying. I'm no master cutter or anything, but I guess that's not to bad.

Went thru the first box of Twinkies faster than I thought. They're a little drier than I remember. I like these better though. I think the original was a bit too oily.

Hit all time low of 188 bw this week. Have a final dexa in 3 wks just to see what the differences are. Feel like body is stabilizing at the lower weight now.

So you have lost about 30 lbs, correct? 218 to 188. How much do you think your bench and press have declined over the cut? Seems like you have done a pretty good job maintaining strength/minimizing strength loss.

Yeah I've lost 30lbs.

Current bench is probably around 335. So 15lb drop or .5lb drop in 1RM for every pound lost.

Haven't tested press in awhile, but I know I can still put up 225 despite what the scientists predicted. According to their calculations I should be struggling to put up 195 right now. Not too shabby for 188 pounder. I guess it wasn't all due to bodyweight after all. The guy who is constantly wrong on everything was wrong yet again. Go figure.

What cracks me up is that after 10yrs or so he finally admits he's "not built for lifting". Yeah dude any of us could have told you that. He has terrible form on his own lifts, almost breaks his back on a 185 front squat.
