Interesting that I haven't been actively trying to cut, but I noticed today I actually cracked 191 even. Maybe I'll go for 2 more lbs just to get the 189 mark.
Not much today, just did a bunch of Sotts Press practice with the bar. Mobility has improved but still a ways to go. The tightness in my upper thoracic area particularly left shoulder really inhibits me from being able to lock out and you can see I lose my balance because of it with a little bit of weight.
You can see the lifting shoes helps a lot but doesn't resolve it entirely.
But have come a long ways from not even being able to do the pvc pipe a few months ago.
