Yeah that's basically the same plan for me. So far so good after what's been 5 days I think. After this month runs out he'll up it to 40 and then do blood work again after a couple months in that to check the liver and lipids.

Did more shoulder and upper thoracic mobility today.

I can feel my left shoulder is the tight/limiting factor.

Happy I'm to a point where I can at least do some with the bar properly. It's difficult to get the same feel with just the pvc pipe.

Hope to get a 135 rep by end of the year.

i think once your mobility is 100% perfect you can sotts like 90% of your strict press max

I can't imagine that from where I am right now.
Maybe I'm almost at 50% of my potential.

When the bar gets to about my forehead to about an inch above my head is the range I have the most difficulty with.

Upper back feels good being forced through that ROM though. Almost feels like going to the chiropractor.

Yeah for CG there really isn't any benefit to go super close. One or two hand widths inside of your normal grip is fine. Going really close just wrecks your wrists for no particular reason.

Gained back 2 lbs this week mostly due to all the duck I ate yesterday for CNY.

With my blood work back in line and no side effects so far from the meds my motivation to maintain a cut has pretty much vanished. But not going to let myself go crazy like before eating ice cream and boba drinks every day.

Front rack mobility getting a lot better. Feeling a lot stronger at the bottom position for Sotts Press. Looks really clean now.

I always found it really challenging not to be a boom/bust dieter. Keeping things steady has always been a huge problem once I get to the goal weight

hope you're tougher than me - you've made some great progress

Yeah at this point goal is to pretty much stay at this weight. If I get some motivation down the road for some reason maybe I'll go on another 2 month cut to lose 8lbs or something.
