Thanks. Yeah a guy I met at the gym recommended it to me a couple months back and I started incorporating it. Took a little getting used to at first. You realize how much your legs add to the lift and also to stabilize the weight.

Thanks. Yeah I think so, but it might've been ugly. I tend to be conservative and try not to go to complete failure.

Wow, 3 days in Vegas with minimal sleep sure did a number on my strength. My first workout since I left and my muscles just feel depleted. I also lost 5 lbs. I'm around 207-210 now.

Yeah I wasn't eating much. Just playing poker all day and night. Also I don't really drink which probably contributes a lot to weight gain.
