Haven't logged in a while but have lifted. I've been in the process of moving and have done all my internet from coffee shops which is annoying.
Anyway,
I can't remember my bench and ohp numbers, but I don't think I've set any PR's there.
I deadlifted on Sunday but felt incredibly weak. I was supposed to do 3x3x410, and pulled 410 for one and a failed second twice. So I did two triples at 385 instead, both of which felt quite heavy.

These felt pretty bleh. This is the same day I was feeling weak on deadlift, and my upper body lifts felt bad the next day too.

Gonna try to log more regularly going forward. I've been having an issue with youtube flagging me for copyright violations due to the stereo at the gym playing music in the background. I think I've seen other people have that issue too so maybe I need to figure out a way to record on mute.
