Can't see the feet, which makes the vid less useful.
You still have a lot of 'chest-fall'. You may want to think about not bending so much at the hips, keeping the chest slightly more vertical (opposite of what most people need to do). This will probably also help with your weight shifting forward.

Agree in general, though this looks better.

It's kind of hard to tell, but to SiQ's point, it seems like you're bending over too much for how high the bar is placed on your back -- if you look at someone like fakeb squat, the bar is shoved pretty far down his back, and his knees don't go that far forward, so he HAS to bend pretty far over to keep the bar over the middle of his foot. I don't think that's really the case for you, so (as someone that has struggled with this sort of thing in the past, although admittedly not at the weights you're moving) my advice would be to just keep trying to tweak things such that you can maintain a vertical bar path and move on from there. Personally, figuring out how far forward and how soon I needed to set my knees was the thing that finally made things click for me.

Tried to do that yesterday with mixed results. Felt better but still looks like the bar dips forward of midfoot at the bottom.

Wow. What an improvement! I think, as you get used to the new movement patterns, you'll tighten things up a lot, but the differences are stark.

First two sets felt very good. I just sort of have to 'stay mindful' during the middle of the ascent because the temptation to make it easier by levering it up with my back is there. Third set I felt like I was losing it forward a bit more. Thanks for the encouragement.

Edit: Also the bar is shifting a little from left to right, and sliding down my back, so I may need to play with my grip a little

I've done some lifting, having a lot of issues with the bar moving around on my back, some of it might be psychological but it is very annoying.

Did 1x5x290, 1x4x290 squats, 5x5x175 Rows today

Did 1x5x127.5 OHP and 1x4fx217.5 recently as well

you can actually shave a couple of inches off of depth.

bar moving on your back:
1) make sure you're staying very tight with that shelf you make when you pinch your scapulas together.
2) use some chalk.

thanks yeah. I tried the chalk thing today, specifically applying it between my first and second sets when the bar had slid very far down my back on set 1. Anyway:

Bit of a regression form wise, although it maybe doesn't look as bad on film as it felt. Bar was sliding down my back and to the right on all sets and I was struggling to keep my chest up on the later reps. I tried putting chalk on the bar and my shirt and that probably helped a little.

Still it feels good to be actually squatting. I've been super inconsistent about that and would like to get back to doing sets with 315 by the end of the month, since I think it was 2/28 of last year that I first got 3x5x315 (albeit with worse form and at a higher bw)

Cut update: Weighed myself at 213.8 right before dinner. This is a pound higher than last week, which is a little surprising since I was decent about my diet this past week. There's obviously fluctuations and stuff so I'm going to keep an eye on it and see if this is a trend or not. A lot of people have told me I look thinner, and two weekends ago someone (outside the gym) described me as 'jacked' so that's cool.

The second set looked the best imo. Pussed out on the last set. Part of it was that the bar was sliding very far down my back and was straining my wrists. Part of it was that the first rep I messed up something mentally and lost the first rep very far forward. And part of it was that I was lacking WIM. So it goes

Anyway, shut down squats on Sunday because the form was super bad and weight felt very heavy. I think ideally I'd go down to whatever I could correctly do, and just do that.

First set I hit the bar on one of the safeties on the third rep, and it really messed up my form. I shut that set down after that. Grinded out five, I think pretty good, reps on the second set. Then went down a little for the third. My legs are getting a lot more DOMS-y than they usually do.
