Bit of a regression form wise, although it maybe doesn't look as bad on film as it felt. Bar was sliding down my back and to the right on all sets and I was struggling to keep my chest up on the later reps. I tried putting chalk on the bar and my shirt and that probably helped a little.
Still it feels good to be actually squatting. I've been super inconsistent about that and would like to get back to doing sets with 315 by the end of the month, since I think it was 2/28 of last year that I first got 3x5x315 (albeit with worse form and at a higher bw)
Cut update: Weighed myself at 213.8 right before dinner. This is a pound higher than last week, which is a little surprising since I was decent about my diet this past week. There's obviously fluctuations and stuff so I'm going to keep an eye on it and see if this is a trend or not. A lot of people have told me I look thinner, and two weekends ago someone (outside the gym) described me as 'jacked' so that's cool.
