Hey guys I had an older thread from few months ago that I couldn't find of the same title. I wasn't in good housing back then but now I am and restarting. Lost about 15lbs but gained it back. Might run or workout a little but basically just want to lose weight and might start weight lifting once I hit my target.
Macros isn't really to much of a concern since I won't be weight lifting.
Liked having my old thread and appreciate this subforum alot for tracking.
