Supersetted (actually just worked in and out with my buddy on bench and pullups) with 3 or 4 sets of 10 pullups with 20lb backpack. I kipped most of these, really like the weighted backpack cause i can kip. Should look into getting one of my own with a larger capacity
1 set of 10 dumbell rows with 60lb. Said f this and did some d-lifts.
worked up to a double at 375 (PR), but stopped there. Also I was using regular plates instead of bumpers and this made the bar fractionally lower down. Since my sticking point is actually getting the thing off the ground they were noticably harder.

I hate the dip station at my gym, the handles are way too wide, pretty sure thats why my numbers were so much better in the crappy gym at home.
