Success. I had to set the bar down for a second before the very last rep because my grip was getting weird for some reason. And the last rep was a huge grind.

I'm getting pumped for 275 squat on Wednesday already.

Set 1 - I thought this set went fairly well.
Set 2 - Meh
Set 3 - Hard

Followed up with 4x6x90 DB Swings and 3x6 GHR.

I was considering trying 275 today, but after how awful last week went I decided on 265. I'll move up next week.

Went to shoot around today and went for about 10 dunk attempts. I got the ball over the rim and grabbed the rim, but it didn't feel like I really threw it down. The good news is this was almost immediately after a 3 hour hike, so in better conditions and with a little more practice I'm confident I can get a undebatable dunk. I know I said this before, but video will be coming soon.

These were hard today, decided to skip the last set. Also, a few hours later and my knee pain is back a bit. 90% sure it's caused by these after doing a lot of jumping or hiking or whatever.

Was really hard, but I think I got through it ok.

Form is way better on these than when I started. Trick is to use the power rack and line up my shoes with the bar near the floor. Way better than smashing my feet between the ground and calf machine. Power rack wins again

Got a "good job" from the PT at the gym after the GHR and a "you're really moving a lot a lot of weight" from the PT after squats. I can probably squat more than he can, but he can probably bench more than I squat so it made me happy.

Brag: I went for about 30 dunk attempts yesterday and conclusively threw down 2 dunks. Got really close and think I could improve that number just by practicing. My wife got some pictures, I'll post when she gets around to going through them.

Beat: Skipped the gym twice in a row. My justification has been taking a rest week since I think I'll be out of town for a few days this week and won't be able to lift.

Variance: 2 / 30 is not a high percentage. Will probably try to do some depth jumps and other plyometrics next week. Also, I have decided to stop eating as much as my body can handle. I'm hoping I can still progress to 300 squat and lose my newly acquired belly.

I don't know why I stopped at 95 for OHP. They were harder than I expected. It was ok though, 3 plate deadlift was awesome.

I'm going to start doing more cleans and explosive lifts. I think my legs have enough strength now for dunking. I'm also planning on doing plyometrics and dunk attempts twice a week or so.

Did a bunch with the bar. Tried a few with 95 lbs, didn't go quite as well. I'm going to keep practicing and get some videos up
