Yeah I did, and you don't listen, I tell you to squat low bar and protect your knees, you risk your whole meniscus. I tell you not to over extend yourself with AMRAP sets, to rebuild with multiple sets with perfect form for volume, so you don't have to hurt your joints anymore. I was giving you a program, showing you the log book I put together off my own stalls and that wasn't enough for you.
