where is syndome's log. Is he safe? Last I heard he was riding a bicycle in China a lot with a "system" so I am guessing yes and it's just a mod on a power trip. STOP DELETING FAKE WEIGHTLIFTERS.

Where to buy a band similar to the one in video below? (UK) ive got physio resistence bands but theyre not long enough. I tried to get ones similar of amazon but they ended up being super stiff and couldnt pull apart like the one he uses

So... Phil won his 7th Olympia. Nobody was shocked. Ramy killed him imo, but they just really don't want that guy to win for whatever reason. It politic bro.

Classic Physique at the Mr. Olympia was exciting as hell though and the placings didn't seem baffling or confusing like open Bodybuilding has been for the past few years.

Rich Piana sold steroids and maybe was beating his ex-wife? 35 minute audio recording on the youtube. Disturbing. Do not watch/listen. Jason blaha actually made a lot of accurate Piana predictions, so he may not know anything about fitness, but he sure knew Rich!

We hiked in for 4 hours, camped, and headed out in the am. Camping conditions were good but once we headed out on day 2it was clear the wind was gonna prevent us from summiting. It was a massive mountain and real humbling, I can't wait to try it again next year. Winds to 50 mph and there was snow and ice close to the knife edge but it was still a good 15 hours of hiking over two days so it was pretty shwifty.
