It's pretty clear that in an attempt to maintain strength while dieting, KC got pregnant to reap the athletic benefits enjoyed during the first trimester. Now he's into his second trimester, his weight loss has stopped, and his creatinine levels are dropping because the fetus is sucking it all up.

the carb backloading e-book is a cool 327 pages. i had a friend of mine print it out and spiral bind it for me. much easier to read. **** scrolling through all of that.

I'm curious as to how low my body weight could actually get if I was serious about dieting. I don't think it would go under 145, maybe it could get to 140. I feel like I would have to just do cardio 24/7 and starve. I guess another way it could get down low is if I became sick or something, knock on wood.

My wife broke her jaw and lost 10 lb no sweat - and she isn't someone who really had 10 extra to lose. Very high compliance way to diet. You may not like the side effects.

How about tracking your calories and eating max 1900 a day? That combined with a little gym time. Easy game we move on.

But of course not. We are going to starve unless we get 2500+ and for most Americans 3500+.

Uh, no. I am 180lb. 1950 cal/day is supposed to net me -1/2lb/week but is more like 0 to 1/4.

So some people have hypothyroidism and some people just have the nomzies. What's the ratio?

Sux big time if you couldn't lose weight on 1500/2000 female/male. All spinach and chicken diet IMO. Spinach is delicious. I grab handfuls straight out of the bag. And 5 kilos of spinach is calorically equivalent to 1 tablespoon of mayo. Easy game.

If I do plenty of exercise, and I do, then I have no problem getting a net of 1600 kcal/day. If I do no exercise, it's doable, but hard. I basically have to turn down everything. My office basically has all kinds of awesome food 24x7, also beer/wine/whatever. They have plenty of healthy stuff but also plenty of garbage. I manage to avoid most of it. God a few months ago they started providing breakfast tacos for breakfast, every day, in addition to pastries and what not.
