Felt good today for DL 1RM.
Pulled 455 pretty well - got ambitious and tried 475, which I got off the ground but only halfway up my shins. Then 465 didn’t budge. Happy with the 455.
So I close out this cycle with:
405+260+455 = 1120
Cycle resets and it will be another 6 months or so until 1RM again. My goals for the next 6 months:
1) diet improvements and drop some weight. I am 220~225 and would like to get down to under 200.
2) cardio fitness
3) Complete the entire workout at the weight gym. Got in a real bad habit of just doing the feature lift and calling it a day.
Specifically want to improve bench the most.
