2 No eggs, milk, cheese, dairy
3.There are 7 dangers of animal protein if u study it
4. 90% of cancers are caused by what u eat... not genetics
5. Eggs have tons of cholesterol . not healty
6. NO Sugars unless from fruit.. fiber attached / big diff

Only four foods are truly healthy for human body
1 Beans
2. Vegs
3. Fruits
4. Whole grains

Your plate should be half vegs, quarter / beans.. quarter starch / whole grains and a small portion of fruit is perfect meal for human body.. .

Btw i still eat meat and cheese and oils sometimes but since i've studied this and learned the truth about 90% of my diet is Healthy Foods.

I love meat and dairy, and steaks as much as the next guy. but your body HATES that stuff.

Fried foods are worst though... dont get me wrong but yeh animal protein raises IGF 1 levels and causes inflammation etc
