Phew. Today was the nut low. I don't think I am young enough to do 2 short intense metcons in 2 days. I felt ridiculously out of breath fast.

You know, it actually was a pretty good one for me too. I am pretty good relatively at bodyweight cardio gymnastics (burpees, box jumps, etc) and cleans are not snatches. Today was the complete opposite for me. I hated every bit of it.
