15 minutes of muscle up technique
For time (12 minute cap):
25 one arm DB push press
5 ring muscle ups
20 one arm DB hang squat cleans
4 ring muscle ups
15 one arm DB thrusters
3 ring muscle ups
10 one arm DB snatch
2 ring muscle ups
RX was a 25kg DB, I used 20. I finished in 9:45, but did only 2 muscle ups in the round where I was meant to do 3 since I failed the last one twice, and everyone else had finished.
This was a repeat workout from June 4th, and I wrote this back then:

tldr - my muscle ups have improved
