Thanks, but my 1 rep maxes from this summer were 130, 155, 80, 62.5 (B,S,D,P), so it's actually a fight to get back to that. I realized I just wasn't eating enough in general.
The APT stuff is going well, I definitely feel a difference. I also started doing exercises every day to fix my neck slumping forward and that has helped even more!
