1RM Back Squat - 130 (PR!)
Previous best was 127.5 towards the end of 5/3/1. I'm down a couple of kgs since then, and I used lifters today for the first time while squatting, so I don't think I've actually gotten stronger. I am going to start 5/3/1 again next week and hopefully get to 140 in a few months.
