I felt a bit of a cold or maybe hayfever, so I skipped out on accessories.





After watching my video in the 110 set, it seemed like I was losing tightness and the "chest up" cue at the end. I tried correcting it for my sets at 65, how does it look? It looks like my butt is doing something weird right at the end and my chest drops just a touch. Is this normal or is it something I need to work on? And is there another cue besides chest up?

Hard to say from the angle but your hips appear to be a little crowded at the bottom. Have you tried a slightly wider stance?
