Squats felt strong, the form looks better just from eye test. The 5 sets at 60 actually felt easy, I was cutting my planned rest down from 2 minutes to 1:30. 2 weeks ago, they were so hard that I wanted to just do 3 sets.
Bench felt really good as well. RPE 7 maybe? What does it look like?
I have crossfit on Wednesday where we work up to a heavy set of 3 bench presses, and I was thinking 80, but may go for 82.5 now.
