- Walk, daily cumulative: 3.5 miles
Note:
- Finger felt fine here and in prior pull-ups. I didn't use straps or anything either day.
- As a funny aside, I haven't been able to fit in the training volume I want. But, as I went on a cut several months ago and have maintained it (I'm about 30 lbs lighter that last Pendlay row video ITT), I get a lot of compliments about my "training progress." LOL.
