How long have you been into powerlifting? Ive just gotten back into it after several years of semi pro soccer. Currently about 3 months into my routine. Nice lifts keep it up!
Similar to "no shirt, no shoes, no service"..."no chalk, no decent knurling on bar, no belt, no PR." It was tough gripping the bar in the somewhat hot lifting area, but at least I got in the session with some productivity.
Despite keeping yesterday's bike ride short, I still wound up sore. It rained the two days prior and I wished to get out, but it cost me a little today on the DL.
I've been enjoying the bike riding. It seems to target muscles that I've not been hitting squatting or DLing. I don't know if it will help my lifting or not, but it seems helpful for overall health and fitness so far.
