I've been a little off on DL training the past few months due to the shoulder and other physical stuff. I've felt a bit better lately and hit a single just 20 pounds under my PR, despite not really training well for it. So, that was nice. It went up easily enough in a good groove.

Unfortunately, time was limited, but there was probably no reason to push beyond that anyway.

My left shoulder isn't 100%, but it is improving (I hope). Today was aimed at pushing it a bit more and loading it a bit (but not overly so). The joint didn't pop or feel like it was going to come out of the socket, so that was good.

I can't imagine what the pec and tricep pump is like. What angle is your torso at when you're dipping? I've never got beyond high 20s iirc - my triceps just go to rubber

Thanks. I've simply been adding one or two reps each time....slowly but surely. I don't bend over too far, nor am I perfectly upright. Just a bit of forward lean. Fairly standard looking.

Yeah...pretty much like that. There was enough that I could have gotten in more if I had to, at least. No stepper though. The staircase run was up a real staircase to the 21st floor of the building.
